Walk guides

Our walk guides, maps and GPX files are a planning aid, not a substitute for a proper map, a compass, the skills to use them, and your own judgement. Paths change, weather on the fells can turn quickly, and route lines from mapping data can be wrong. You walk at your own risk. Check the forecast, tell someone your plans, and turn back if conditions are beyond you.

Listings and information

We try to keep opening times, prices, parking charges and event dates accurate, but they change. Always check with the business, operator or organiser before you travel.

Map data

Route lines and maps use OpenStreetMap data, © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database Licence. GPX and KML downloads carry the same licence.
